This is the worst-managed fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I waited half an hour for a burger, and three-quarters of that time was spent in line, even though there were only four people ahead of me.
I'm not sure what has changed at Wendy's, but it just isn't the same as before. They got rid of the spicy chicken nuggets, and I really can't understand why they would do that.
