"Waited in drive through for 35 minutes. Order was taken but when we got to the window, we were told they were closed. When I pointed out that our order was taken, the response was that it was the automated system that took our order....huh??? Then we were told that they were completely out of all food...do what??? Then told that they closed at 11pm and it was 12:07 am. The lights were cut off at 11:55 pm. When asked why they didn't cut off the lights, I was told that they would get fired. Well why didn't you tell me at ordering that you were out of food???? Bottom line, they didn't want to prepare food and closed early with cars lined up for days!!!"

"Worst experience ever. The woman at pizza hut actually asked me to not order. She said, you can order...but its gonna take a while, look at all these tickets(showed us tickets)you shouldn 't order, probably take us to long to make the buffet pizza . We were ordering the buffet and they didn 't want to make any pizza to go out there because they had plenty of call in orders. LAZY! Awful!! worst experience ever."
