"I visited Bagelafe at 8:30 AM and the bagels were fantastic—no complaints there! They were fresh and delicious. However, the service could definitely use some improvement. When I inquired about the free coffee mentioned on the menu, the staff member sharply informed me that it only applied to a BEC bagel, which wasn't clearly indicated. A bit more clarity and friendliness would really enhance the experience. The food is great, but the customer service needs some attention.
