The salads I tried were quite filling, but I recommend that they strive for consistency. If they want to promote vegan-friendly options, it’s important that the dressings are also vegan!"

I know that Marina lists their rates for non-kosher weddings, so I don't understand why they wouldn't share the details with me. Plans can change and cancellations happen, so I thought about calling back to check availability for another month just in case. However, I decided against it because they don't seem very interested."
