"I waited over an hour, which I understand can happen during busy times, so that wasn't an issue. However, when my children's pizza didn't arrive, I called to complain and ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes, only to receive a stone-cold pizza. The staff on the phone were rude and quite sarcastic. I spoke to two different people who gave me conflicting information about the status of our pizza and how long it would take. I requested a call back from the owner/manager, but I won't be holding my breath. I won’t be returning."

"This is a good quality fish and chip shop, offering excellent meal deals and munchy boxes that provide great value for money. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. However, I do have to warn you about the local troublemakers who often come into the shop; they can be quite disruptive to both the staff and customers. I've felt uncomfortable waiting inside on a few occasions. To avoid this, I usually call in my order ahead of time so it’s ready for pickup when I arrive, allowing me to get in and out quickly. It's a real shame, considering how good the value is here."
