"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I made a reservation two months in advance, only to find out that we weren’t going to be accommodated as promised. The service was appalling! We were offered an inferior room for the same price. Why was that the case? The staff attempted to impose extra charges on us, and it seemed like they didn’t even understand their own policies. I am extremely disappointed!"
