"My experience with the person at the drive-thru was nothing but frustrating. Why should one person have to pay for everyone in the car? He claimed that separate orders weren't allowed and even refused to accept their coupon. If you don’t know the rules of your job, maybe it's time to learn them. It was a completely incompetent experience. I got my debit card back and left without any food. I ended up going to Sonic instead. I hope I get my money back; I'll wait 48 hours to see what happens."
