"I was thrilled to find out that I could use the iPad to filter the menu and only see the vegan options. It seems like the vegan dumpling/bun filling is the same, but you can choose how you want your dumplings prepared: boiled, steamed, pan-fried, or in a bun. I tried the steamed and boiled dumplings, which had the same filling, but I plan on going back to confirm. Each table also has soy sauce, chili oil, and vinegar so you can customize your dipping sauce. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options, and they are happy to accommodate. There is also a note section on the menu to specify vegan preferences. I can't wait to go back and try some of the hot dishes and have the boiled dumplings again. Delicious!"
