"This was the first time I saw this particular employee; I suspect he is new. Previously, I had been served by staff who were polite and consistently made my coffee well, and they were usually Indian. However, after this experience, I'm hesitant to return. It's unfortunate that a lack of knowledge and poor attitude from someone like him could cause the loss of customers."
