"I came in around 730 at night on March 2, in the drive-through I ordered a chicken wrap, and my surprise how rude the cashier was to me. He demanded me to drive up to the first window asking me if I knew how speak properly English. "I really enjoy Popeyes, however, I have had difficulty finding a good location in OKC. The one in Edmond is the worst, and the one on northwest expressway is only slightly better. The drive-through service is slow and our family's order was missing three items. We were asked to pull forward and waited for about 15 minutes with no apologies, just handed a big bag."

"I have been meaning to write this review for some time now. I visited this restaurant about 2 or 3 weeks ago and they were very understaffed. However, I received excellent service from the only employee there, who I believe was the manager. She was wonderful. The chicken was tasty and the wait time was not too bad given the circumstances. She definitely deserves a raise. I have returned since then and the service was still good (they had more staff this time) and the chicken was fresh and delicious. I have no complaints."
