"This restaurant prepares their dishes in advance and seem to use a spice called aroma - which contains wheat - in everything. Even normally gluten free items, such as rostis, are made this way. Options offered? Lettuce with oil and vinegar; bare steak, or plain fondue. Restaurants in the town of gruyere are much more accommodating. Management here refused to do adjust their preparation in any way. Avoid."
