"I visited Whale Spout twice during my time in Rockaway Beach. The first visit was spontaneous, while the second was a deliberate choice. Both times, I enjoyed the high quality of the food and the friendly service in a cozy, inviting atmosphere with an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. The staff were warm and friendly, with a great sense of humor. This may not be a large restaurant with rave reviews, but it's certainly a delightful find for a hungry traveler like me. It's a charming spot that’s well worth a stop on your journey along the Oregon coast. Don’t miss it—you won’t be disappointed! I give it 5 out of 5 stars and two thumbs up!"
