"I decided to order the sausage and salad sandwich along with a tea with soy milk. When my tea arrived, the milk looked too white, so I had to double-check to make sure it was soy milk; I was worried that I had been served cow's milk instead. The staff were very apologetic and immediately replaced it.
I also took the initiative to confirm that the sausages were indeed vegan, and they were (Linda McCartney brand). My sandwich came with a side salad and crisps, but I felt a bit embarrassed to ask if the crisps were vegan, so I gave them to my partner. Overall, the staff were accommodating, and I appreciated their quick response to my concerns."
