"Major Safety Concern: I visited Forty Carrots today to pick up some food. My parent and sibling ordered a small peanut yogurt with granola. While the granola was added as requested, there’s a big issue. The restaurant offers about a dozen different toppings, but they use a single spoon for all of them. Since one of the toppings is almonds (nuts), this poses a serious risk for anyone with a severe nut allergy who orders yogurt with other toppings like gummies, as the spoon can easily transfer nut residue between toppings."

"I inquired whether they used real fruit because I know many smoothie places prefer artificial ingredients. I was assured they did, but based on the taste, that wasn't true. The banana flavor was reminiscent of artificial banana-flavored gum. I also paid extra for pineapple, which I don't think was even added. I've learned my lesson: never buy a smoothie from a place that doesn't specialize in them."
