"I ordered food for curbside pickup and sent my husband to the restaurant at 7:05pm. The designated spots were full and there was no place to even stop to pick up the order. He parked across the street and walked in, but was told to wait in a line of 50 people at 7:25pm. After waiting for 10 more minutes with no movement, he left. The manager refused to give a refund, claiming we needed to contact the online ordering service. After research, I found this was not true and that the restaurant could issue a refund. I tried calling the manager back but was put on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. We are now disputing the charge with AMEX. We will not be returning to the Cheesecake Factory due to their poor policies and practices for curbside orders."
