"La Ferme du Vert is a beautiful farm in a very quiet part of France. It's a gourmet restaurant, small hotel and a cheese factory (and mainly a cheese factory for the purpose of my visit ! We were sent here by the owner of Chateau de la Marine as its where he buys his cheese, and it was a fantastic recommendation! Although factory tours aren't allowed they do sell their cheeses to the public and all the ones I had were very good, especially a particularly stinky one that has an orange coating : It's the sort of place you visit for one reason and immediately want to return to so you can try everything else! I expect in due course I'll return here and stay for a weekend, and try the restaurant :"
