We visited this upmarket bar to partake in a wine tasting event offered by the Holiday Reps and despite my concerns had a very enjoyable evening with an excellent host who took us on a journey through decent portions of local wines. This was followed by a trial of local liqueurs which was included inn the very reasonable price of €17 per head. Overall a very enjoyable evening which I suspect can be booked direct with the venue. Recommended.
We came here on two occasions and were equally impressed with the quality of drinks, music, and bar staff. Superb selection of wine, beer and cocktails - The espresso martinis we ordered were fantastically well made! I was celebrating my birthday on our second evening in which the barman kindly offered us a couple of free shots. This was no way expected, although it truly made our evening. Big shout out.
Wow what a fantastic selection of wines and ambience is excellent. We were there for a wine tasting evening organised thru Nielsons ski and it was inexpensive for what we received. The owner has a tremendous knowledge of all wines and a delight to listen to and enjoy, well worth a visit and the music selection playing in the background just makes you feel at home. Thanks.
We called into this lovely bar on the recommendation of a friend who had been before. It has a great atmosphere and is laid out very well to sit and chat over a glass of wine. The owner was excellent with his recommendations and knowledge of the wines. We ordered a plate of tapas which complimented our drinks perfectly.Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Great vibe at this small and friendly wine bar in Serre Chevalier. Had two very tasty glasses of red with some cheese and charcuterie while enjoying the laid back jazz/modern lounge music.
menus are not the same as those of the majority of applebee restaurants. No green goddess neighborhood salad. Are you kidding me??!_No tortilla soup?? Ow!
food and service were superbill that just the lunch experience, a little surprised that the place is not crowded.
