The staff here is always super helpful and friendly, no matter how busy. They do a great job keeping the location clean and toppings bar stocked, and if there’s a line it moves quickly. This 16 Handles location is wonderful! The employees and especially Adam are so accommodating. The yogurt and ice cream, not to mention the toppings are spot on.
