Extremely rude young girl working at 16 handles in lynbrook on Atlantic ave tonight. Slamming chairs together while there were customers inside eating. It was 10:39pm but they close at 11pm. She also gave us attitude while we are the customers. We came into the store and waited upfront with no cashier in sight. We called out a few times for someone to ring us up and nobody was around. The owner shouldn't allow young kids like that to run a business. This girl claimed she was the manager and was very disrespectful the way she was speaking to us in that fashion in front of other customers. Absolutely unacceptable and we will never be coming back there. They lost 5 loyal customers . Shame on yo...
Can I give this place 6 stars? Sorry, it's just too good. 16 handles gives you a variety of options for an amazing cup of frozen yogurt and another variety of options for toppings that you can't top. They have black and white cookies (What?!? , fruit, candy like gummy worms and gummy bears, and so much more. They also have a cute seating area, with many colors and decorations. It's just so fun in 16 handles...and out! They have a seating area too, just as colorful as the inside. Treat yourself at 16 handles today. I bet you'll love it.
This place is absolutely amazing!!! Great staff and service. Fresh toppings and nice smiles are the first thing you notice when walking in!! The staff were so helpful and patient!! Even when the little ones go crazy with toppings which can make any parentfeel bad, Once the kids were at the register, a worker just kindly and politely went behind them without and cleaned a bit andmade the toppings fresh and presentable!! Very hard working and kind environment, I make sure to leave a tip every time I go!!!
I used to love this place but apparently they no longer give out tasting cups so if you order something you don’t like you lose your money. And when I said this both employees shrugged their shoulders at me. Don’t waste your time going here. Cold stone is around the corner and they still give out samples.

Absolutely divine. I think we arrived just a few minutes after opening so everything was emaculate and fresh. I served myself very small, but I sure could have eaten more. I purchased the Strawberry shortcake and Strawberry and typed with candiedwalnuts, cherry, etc
I love going to 16 Handles, especially when they have my favorite flavors. The toppings are great too. The people at the register are always friendly and nice. 16 Handles is definitely one of my favorite treats.
Place was clean but the flavors were horrible! I think they had one person working she was cleaning then came to the register n charged us. No hello no hi just a zombie need better staff and flavors EL OH EL.
The best staff! We went on a Friday night and it was super clean! The girl working was so lovely and sweet. We had never been before, but have a feeling we’ll be there much more frequently!

What a great way to finish off a day at the beach! The only downside is that they don't offer sample cups to try all the new flavors. That's why I'm giving them 4 stars.
I visit every so often and the place always looks very clean. Friendly employees and great selection of flavors.
