Nice culinary discovery. On holiday in the Hautes Alpes, we went to eat in a restaurant in Monêtier-les-Bains: Le 16 AME. What a wonderful surprise. We chose the discovery menu. Everything was delicious, fine, exceptional flavors in mouth. We feel that there is rigour, passion, love of well done work, discipline. We still have the habit of good restaurants in Burgundy, but, I must say, it was beyond our expectations. All the plates were beautiful, neat. The chef at the end of the meal came to see us and pastry. We were able to exchange with them. We would like to thank all staff for their work, their attention. If you like fine, tasteful, elaborate cuisine, go ahead, you will be conquered.
Fancy! A small restaurant with a warm atmosphere and carefully decorated. A waitress with little care, dishes worthy of a starry. The tastes are original, everything is in perfect balance, a real treat! We chose the Menu Carte blanche in 5 services, the concept of not knowing what we will eat in advance is really nice and we were conquered by the cuisine of this talented Chef. A great bravo to the entire 16*soul team. We will not fail to return to each of our passages in the region. In short a promising restaurant that, I think, will not fail to appear in the famous red guide quickly!
C’est la 3e fois que nous venons et nous sommes toujours conquis! L’accueil, l’efficacité de la serveuse et sa gentillesse, qui prend le temps d’expliquer les plats aux enfants (ce qui est assez rare pour être mentionné , et bien sûr la qualité des produits dans notre assiette et la présentation. Une cuisine très appréciée par toute la famille, nous reviendrons c’est certain. A noter, nous avons voulu réserver en ligne le jour même, plus de disponibilité ms nous avons laissé une demande sur la liste d’attente. On nous a rappelé dans les 5 mns pour nous proposer une table!
A great atmosphere. Superb food. It is nice to see gastro fruit that make serious refined food without making you with strange foams, bizarre mushrooms and cramps with wild flowers. Nevertheless, great flavors and a lot of surprise. Excellent cheese plate. Clean wine list. Important to note that we were with a small child and did not feel uncomfortable. Reviedra.
