Ran into this on the off beaten path and decided to have a seat as it was the only place we'd found so far that had an open kitchen so late (11pm ish). It was a really good choice food was amazing and honestly the customer service is the best I've had in Spain. All the waiters were extremely attentive and welcoming. We ate the caracoles (snails), bread with butter, zamburiños and cheese platter, all was amazing. For desert we had the pancake and the apple cake, this was also really good. I think the whole vibe of the restaurant is really special it's peaceful and with a view of the old town walls. Would love to try more things here.
Bar 1805 is a super charming spot in Ibiza! The staff is absolutely on point – friendly, fun, and welcoming. The food was really delicious, and the whole atmosphere makes you feel right at home. A truly special place with great energy – definitely worth a visit!
What a great little bar!!! Off the beaten track but amazing cocktails, fabulous atmosphere and such friendly staff! A visit to this cool bar while in Ibiza Town is an absolute must!!!! We were their last customers of the year! We will be back!!
Super endroit ! Un petit bistrot bien sympa, la carte des cocktails est fournie, originale et ils sont bien faits ! Le service est bonne ambiance, mais au petits soins, impeccable. Bref, nous y sommes revenus deux fois, et c'était top !

Los mejillones gratinados estaban buenos. A pesar de tener una carta pequeña, no disponían de algunas cosas (camembert, por ejemplo). El servicio correcto, aunque que te cobren 5€ por una botella de agua del grifo me parece una estafa.

Nice and cozy, easy going place with good cocktails. Not overcrowded with the tourists. Haven’t tried the food.
