I walked in greeted by two of the kindest people I have ever met. Personable and knowledgeable the ones of 2 Fat Dogs spoke with me about their menu. Once I placed my order they went straight to work. As they prepared my sandwich they told me about where they get their ingredients. All local stores. After a brief conversation, I took a seat out front and waited for my food. I quickly was provided my sandwich. To my enjoyment. The Brisket Cheese Steak sandwich was amazing. The roll was fresh and the meat was flavored to perfection. I recommend for everyone to support this small business. You will not be disappointed.
This guy has good food, however, I have been turned away more than I have been able to order from here over the life of his shop. It’s 1:00 on a Friday, and you’re sold out? Maybe have more food on hand. Your open until 4, or you sell out, but you’re missing 3 hours of making money. Typically out of brisket, I have only been able to order that one time, and I was shocked that he had it. When I have eaten here, it was good food, which is why I keep trying, but man if I am not regularly disappointed when I call and get no answer.
My boyfriend and I moved to the area about two years ago now, and are kicking ourselves that it took this long to discover these amazing sandwiches! The brisket cheesesteak is easily the best cheesesteak I've ever had. The owner is super nice and friendly, too. He mentioned that everything is homemade, and you can absolutely taste the care that goes into crafting each bite. Looking forward to many more sandwich orders from here!
I was told about this place about 2 months ago by a good friend. Said I absolutely had to try it... well, 2 Fat Dogs did not disappoint! I just ate here for my 2md time, amd it was just as incredible as the 1st. Brisket cheese steak (just how he makes it, no special order) is the best I've ever had by far. Most recently was pulled pork with provolone, spinach and peppercini, and I melted at 1st bite. A must try for sure!

I had really really really high hopes for this place. If I had gone with average expectations I would have really liked this cheesesteak. It had a sneaky good amount of good meat. I got the Alabama special. The Alabama sauce added a nice flavor. The roll did a good job with a lot of juice. Nice hard working couple working in very close quarters, I hope they have a good counselor. Interesting menu, worth a try.
As someone who is new to the area and has never tried a Philly cheesesteak before, I have to say that this restaurant is fantastic! The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the meats is outstanding. The meat is packed with flavor, and the cheese pairs perfectly with it. I ordered a classic brisket and cheesesteak, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! Keep up the excellent work!
These sandwiches will change your life. Growing up in philly we know what great sandwiches are. These will blow you away. Hands down the best there is. It’s a small place that sells out early. I suggest heading for lunch and finding your new favorite spot. The brisket is out of this world and can be used as currency if you need. Try them out and tell your friends
I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while now, and I went in with pretty high expectations. Ordered a Brisket Sandwich and I cannot express enough how delicious that sandwich was. It was hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The guy running this place knows his stuff. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I ordered the Pork Sharp and the Brisket Cheesesteak, and wow, they were amazing! I highly recommend checking this place out! I noticed a review mentioning that the sandwiches get soggy, and they did a bit, but that's just because the meat was so juicy and delicious. If you can, eat them quickly! It's absolutely worth it!
