Despite its situation at a very frequent international airport, the 5th Brasserie offers a pleasant and relaxing break away from noise. The service is effective, smiling and listening to specific food requests. We will especially appreciate weekly suggestions and the change of menu adapted to the seasons (asparagus, mushrooms, fresh salads... . Since the airport of Basel-Mulhouse is located at the crossroads of three borders, the Brasserie has been able to develop a map to taste local specialties satisfying all tastes and without entering a tourist cliché. After more than a year of closure, we are pleased to find this bright and warm environment. Address to be recommended... at the beginning...
Warm and authentic welcome. A varied map, fresh products, presented with finesse. ALL is excellent and the service is executed by people who love their business and who are respectful of the customer. I recommend this restaurant. We ate well in this restaurant that wins to be known! The entrance was delicious! And what about the duty of veal Honolulu... a pleasure! The wine menu is well provided and offers a selection within the reach of all scholarships. Really nothing to say!

The meals are always sumptuous and gastronomic, the welcome is well but often the staff is a little lost and there are often missing products requested but when the dishes arrive we forget quickly.
Delicious, I strongly advise and prices are correct. Note to employees: avoid putting yourself to several if a customer comes to complain. Otherwise you're on top!
