We were regulars at their previous restaurant in Le Perreux , and sad when they decided to move to Boulogne (opposite to where we leave) and finally after few years we tried their new restaurant in Boulogne And... we were not disappointed the innovation is...still there and of course the signature dishes also like the sandwich jambon beurre to drink as still part of their beautiful set menu , the sea bass and the lamb was cooked to perfection , the foie gras marvelous. dinner here based on tripadvisor recommendations. I have to say it was excellent. we ate in the brasserie; workers were very attentive and explained the menu. the eating was fantastic. the presentation was superb (see photo) and the quality of the food excellent. the flesh melted in my mouth, the sweet was cooked to perfection. also for this quality and ambiente the price was very reasonable. we paid for people including wine and a glass champagne, plus drinking money. if they are looking for a good meal in a beautiful environment, this must be one of the best in paris.
Just wanted to share as I went back but to the Brasserie. Last times I went to the Gastronomic restaurant. How lucky am I I was impressed. Flavors are amazing and atmosphere is still peaceful. eating Jean Chauvel's magic food in mindfulness guide...you through a wonderfull journer. Jasmine infusion for carrots has been a minutes guess... It's not only a diner your having. That's a real experience. we booked the gastronomy, but was full and we managed to get a table in the brasserie. great staff very welcoming and we have hit the main cook so a great personality hass off. the ravioli as starter was a package of taste n...well spices could be a little thinner. the main course was well done. beautiful place..will defo come back.

Definitely one of the best table in Paris, Boulogne Billancourt. I have experienced this great place for both Business or pleasure with family or friends, a unique moment of gastronomy in a nice environment. I strongly recommend this restaurant. ENJOY

I had dinner with a colleague in the brasserie. We had a very tasteful starter and main course with some nice wines. Service was very good. The place is quiet too which helped us having a very nice evening. I would return here.
We went to the Brasserie. Relaxed atmosphere although really busy. The meal was extraordinary and the wine was great for a reasonable price. Definitely a good choice and worth to go there more than once.
