I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my disappointment after a terrible experience on New Year's Eve. We made a dinner reservation for a party of six at 9 PM. Our dinner orders were taken, but at 10 PM, the manager abruptly rushed us to leave our table in an extremely rude manner, saying, "Come on, let's go!" I should mention that we had spent over $350 on drinks and dinner. The poor waiter apologized for the manager's behavior and asked us to forgive her, explaining that she often acts this way. It truly baffles me how someone with such a lack of customer service skills can be in a managerial position. I will never return to this restaurant, which is disappointing be...
I visited this place for New Year's Eve 2020. It’s a nice spot to hang out, but the experience was disappointing. I ordered a dish that tasted like dry chicken, and my friend got a steak that was fatty and tough to chew. We didn't say much about it because we didn't have time to wait for the food to be remade.
My husband and I celebrated our birthdays there with family friends. We received outstanding service and the food was excellent. The atmosphere was great and the music had us dancing all night long! Thank you 3 Vinos for making our birthdays memorable! Steven and Jen Denis
