We booked a reservation for Saturday, May 25, 2024 to celebrate a college graduation. Unfortunately, the waitress we were assigned was terrible from start to finish. She answered our questions rudely and shortly. Despite my usual practice of leaving tips, the automatic 20% gratuity seemed undeserved in this case. To make matters worse, my nephew found a long strand of hair in his meal. When my niece brought this to the manager's attention, he boldly dismissed her claim.
