After a good week of class, it was time for dinner tonight. I came here because their menu appealed to me. I ended up having their Chicken. Shrimp, and Sausage Gumbo. It was very good, but I thought it needed more rice in the cup. My entree was a smaller serving of their Chicken Sausage Jambalaya with their BBQ Caulifower Caeser Salad. It was all very good, but it didn't knock my socks off. Would I return? You betcha.
We went originally because we were given a $25 gift card. I forgot to take a picture of our appetizer, Garlic Parmesean Crab Fries. What a splurge! Our pictured entrees were: Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya and Blackened Mahi Mahi fish Tacos. The food was a treat. I didn't realize until we were eating that they had been on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. It was an enjoyable time.
I'm a huge fan of Red Beans and Rice, and this one was excellent! The Catfish was served piping hot and paired perfectly with the dish. Some people might not appreciate it, but they just don't know what they're missing. If you know, you know. All aboard the Flavortown express—next stop, TN!
The BBQ pulled chicken sandwich was served on toasted bread but ended up soggy because the coleslaw was placed directly on top of the bottom slice. I had to wait 5 to 7 minutes for a replacement piece of toast. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Great Sunday Brunch spot! Bonus, they are open at 10 AM,whereas most Sunday Brunch spots don't open until 11. The food and service here is second to none. We also love the green where kids can play!
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was wonderful, and our server, Carlee, was both friendly and attentive. The Mahi Mahi tacos were absolutely delicious. Thank you!
The people there are great and the food is as well. The bartenders are super nice and make sure everything is alright consistently. I highly recommend this place.
