Need urgent concern! A staff named Priyesh, doesn’t have 7-11 id card or any of staff id, talk so rude to customer and doesn’t have sufficient knowledge to operate the pay system, no customer service skill and manner at all. A strict action should be taken for his words, else we will report it to police. As we ask for receipt after payment he was like “ Let me take payment of this lady then i will give you receipt, do you understand? with a high node voice. We said him we will leave you a review about your behaviour. “ He was like yeah sure. Doesn’t matter, he show himself as a boss and being resist.
Visited on 05/04/22 around 11pm.. The server was so arrogant.. I rolled up in my work car kitted out with full decals, he knew that I worked for a reportable company yet he gets on his loud speaker and says pre-paid only This never happens to any other 7/11 I visit, even if it's 3am in the morning So I go to the after hours window and state to him that I have to fill up and I only have a 7/11 fuel card that I use after filling up to log in my kms.. He is like to bad and insists that I leave my keys with him not my keys so NO or my Driver's licence, again NO.. He is not the Police...
Walked in for a coffee after being ignored for service at chapter 27 cafe across the road.The lady that was served us was a bit rude when I asked about food and drink deals. Me: Hi there, I was just wondering if you have any deals with drinks and sandwiches or food? Her : *looks at me* No and continues to do her work.Mean while whilst making coffee more customers come in to pay for fuel and she ignores them for about 2 minutes aswell. Stop your work to serve your customers then continue, other wise you look rude and kiss people off.
Good place to get your tank full, plus other stuff. Staff is nice and friendly. Offers some good deals, but unfortunately if you are looking for things which are on deals in their 7-Eleven fuel app, then there could be disappointment as those things won't be in stock most of the time. Have already experienced this in this store many times. They really need to put enough stock before putting that thing on offer in the app, especially when they are offering it for free. Used to be good when it first opened. They only have half the specials now and only if you have the app. Meant to be 24hrs but they lock the doors at 10
Cant go wrong with a 7/11. Great sushi believe it or not and their electronics are cheap woth an awesome guarrantee!
Went down to get a coffee and I was waiting for about 5 minutes at the counter while the employee was on her phone
