Absolutely the WORST customer service!!! The guy working today was extremely RUDE and RACIST! Closing the store for cleaning is fine, but when a customer is trying to ask you a question and you look directly at them and completely ignore them as if theyweren?t speaking directly to you is extremely uncalled for. If you?re African American and don?t want a racist experience,please take your business elsewhere. They definitely do not treat ?BLACK? customers the same way they treat others. Do not givethis horrible store any of your hard earned money. They won?t ever see a dime from me after this unprofessional, racistexperience.
Almost every time I visit, I feel like I'm being overcharged in some way. I brought my own cup, which I had bought before, to get it refilled, but they charged me for a new cup even though I clearly said it was a refill. Then, after charging me the full price, I gave them $2.00 for a $1.89 purchase, but they closed the cash drawer and said they had no change. I know it’s just 11 cents, but it’s still frustrating to deal with this kind of issue every time I come here.
I had a disappointing experience at 7-Eleven. Their rewards deals are hard to find, making it difficult to save money. The prices for kids' hot chocolates are surprisingly high. I also felt there was a lack of respect toward Hispanic and Black customers. Be careful, as this location often adds extra charges—always ask for your receipt. Additionally, I was concerned to see that they sell Backwoods and liquor to minors.
Please carefully review your receipts and double-check your orders at 7-Eleven, as the cashier often overcharges. When the receipt prints, he hurriedly crumples it up. How do two one-liter bottles of Coke and a pack of 7-Eleven brand cookies add up to $7.89? I always feel like I'm being overcharged here; the 7-Eleven near the post office offers a better menu and service. Shoppers, please be cautious!

RUDE and RACIST, cashier gave me 4 draws instead of 1 draw and tried to force me to pay for it. Regular customer who always spends money here, manager (guy with the turban and mole) has the audacity to say why am I playing if I don?t know how insteadof correcting the error on the cashiers end. Will never return.
the dude on gravyard shift just locks the doors from 1 am to 6 am, when i asked him why he had to close the doors, he said their closed, but if you ask anyony else in the morning their 24 hrs
It was closed, even though it's supposed to be open 24 hours a day at 1:30 a.m.
