I purchased the 7-Eleven brand DayQuil and NyQuil, but unfortunately, they didn't work at all. The back of the packaging claims satisfaction is guaranteed. I've been in touch with 7-Eleven for six months, but they still won't refund my money. The customer service has been terrible. I recommend not supporting this store.
The customer service was horrible. The management is never available, necessary items are not restocked. At night it’s becoming a place people are hanging out at inside out. Their kids are at work with them. The coffee is rarely changed. I would recommending going to a ACTUAL 7-eleven. This store is a disgrace.
Terrible customer service. The woman at the counter was rude and unhelpful! There was no management available to address the situation. I would not recommend this store! It's better to find another 7-Eleven to spend your money at.
