The service at this location was... Non existent? Once I got my tray of bread, and waited near the EMPTY registers, when someone finally came up from the back no words were given. He just started tapping at the screen, for a second I thought he was maybe clocking in. My dad ordered a coffee and I swear it looked like the words were flying over his head. The only I knew he WAS listening was the fact that the order was coming up on the screen facing me. And to top it off, the tables were all sticky and dirty. My dad has to ask someone to wipe it down. Maybe it's a staffing issue, maybe we're the only ones that took notice. Other than that, the pastries were fresh and as always amazing! Dietary...
Ordered a drink. Got a pastry too. Took like 15 minutes for my drink. At least, because the guys making the drinks didn 't know how to announce what numbers are done. Didn 't they used to have a screen to show when your drinks are done? Heck, even the DMV has a ticket system with a screen and speakers laid out all over to automatically announce when you 're up. I shouldn 't get some snarky comment like, Take your time to get your drink! If you think you 're funny, go try your chops at a comedy house bro, otherwise, just stick to your job and make the drinks. Worst of all to top off, it tasted bland.

This place is always packed and for good reason! Pastries are always delicious, drinks are top notch, and it's just a nice place to relax a bit before going on to the next adventure!My sister always gets the oolong milk tea with no ice! But if you're there for the pastries, get yourself the egg custards! Those are my fave!

Their strawberry milk tea was so refreshing and it had strawberry bits, I don't like it when it's so sweet but this was perfect
The snacks are incredibly tasty, the prices are reasonable, the green tea is delightful, and the coffee has a bold flavor.
Coffees good but feel bad the one girl had to make all the drinks. Took like almost 15-20 minutes for a drink order.
