Ordered via their app a day before for pick up and paid. Don’t assume that what you order will be available once you are ready to pick up. They don’t set aside what you ordered. When you get there they will tell you that they are sold out and replaced your order with whatever they have. What is the use of ordering and paying in advance when you cannot provide the product you paid for? Update review: updating my review. Guests loved the lemon cake. Not too sweet and taste not overwhelming. Kudos for the apology and quick response. Will definitely order again.
I have the same gripes as another reviewer here. Hate to see such use of plastic that eventually causes more waste. Also limited seating so good luck finding a seat. The pros, the food is good, the place is clean, restrooms are available and clean, the food looks well presented, the prices are decent. That's your bad and good. I'll be back depending on what specials I could get on the app and when I'm in the area.
Can't say I'm a fan of chinese/taiwanese sweets/pastries/bread/drinks but the few items I've had here have been pretty good not too sweet which is the common factor I find in asian pastries, it's not overly sweet. Service is alright. What you would expect from an asian owned and operated business. I do however like the cakes/slice cakes as opposed to bread/pastries just because I'm not a fan of bread
Love their 8 inch cakes! I frequently get for family members’ birthdays for many years. Icing is creamy and not so sweet. Mango Brûlée is a hit. My obsession now is their new flavor, Ube cake. I love their sea salt coffee and passion fruit green tea as well. For VIP loyal member, you can get free or discounted drinks every month.
I have trouble digesting the bread here, so I only order taro drinks here. It's not that the bread isn't delicious, I personally don't eat the bread here because I can't digest it, but I often visit because they have drinks that I like.
The food was satisfactory, the service was average, and the atmosphere was bustling with disarrayed tables. It would be appreciated if the tables could be cleaned for the convenience of other customers.
It’s really busy but they keep it moving and they have more variety compared to other stores, I love it! I also ordered the Brown Sugar Oat Latte they have made it the best!!!
Delicious strawberry whatever that was my. I'm diabetic and went with my aunt and uncle and appreciated that many of the dessert items look like works of art.
