The reception experience by the guys at the reception was very hostile, aggressive and threatening, especially to say that everything is being recorded by video and voice, it is incredible to threaten clients in that way and demand that all the people on the reservation be present to be able to assign you the table that lacks consideration and also makes you feel as if they were doing you a favor, the situation was extremely uncomfortable until a Lady arrived and did what she had to do, showing her education, what a pity for these lying, conflictive and aggressive guys. I hope they take action on the matter because it damages the restaurant's reputation.
Our experience was great. We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday, he's a pilot so natural this place was an obvious choice. Very on theme and the view of the runway was the icing on the cake. The food was good no complaints. We had the pecan crusted salmon, chicken carbonara and everything was flavorful and cooked well. Our waiter Alex was attentive had a great sense of humor and gave us recommendations. The calamari was a hit with our party as well.
So sad... The $19 burger was mediocre. Service was lack luster at times disrespectful. This used to be a place you could be proud of and take out of owners to. We went for Mother's Day and Mom was not impressed of the buffet and how they sat us in some kind of dance hall and charged us extra for it. We had to walk half of the way across the sprawling restaurant to get to the food.
It is a planespotter's paradise. Great food, superb view of Miami Airport, and exceptional staff. Hear pilot/air traffic control interactions with headsets located on top of the table. There's also frequent nightlife activities for everyone. Love it! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Carlos attended us when we went to pay for our wedding. The office folk were not in but he was very nice to help us and we finished paying off our wedding. He followed protocol just like we've done with early payments. Thank you Carlos!
The place is very good and the food is spectacular. The only thing I wanted to drink was water and I asked a bartender for it and he told me he couldn't with a not very good attitude. ?
Very good place but they should close on Saturdays at least at 12 midnight to be able to enjoy one more hour.
