during a stay at the chin in April, we went to this restaurant at noon. the concept is a little worked, with a bas-marketing in the restaurant, we are not really in the typical. in this quiet little street (at least in April), we settled on the terrace, partly in the sun (from April, what luxury the setting is pleasant. the server was dynamic and efficient. good choice of beers, including German beers not often offered in france. super address for all those who love meat... everything is succulent from the plancha charcu to the homemade dessert the chocolate mousse with caramel butter salted a real tuerie..a family story or we feel that the chef loves what he does and the fiston service is super pleasant always a nice word and or we explain to you those meats and charcu so tasteful and tender I think I've never eat soft meat as much.
It's been a long time since we wanted to try this restaurant and we're not really disappointed I understand why we have to make a reservation we were advised to the burgers so we have to follow the advice but next time I'm gonna try the fondu that made me look there without hesitation
