We wandered in because my grandson wanted "polpetta" ( meatballs) .. a bit hard to find in a French town! The owners are Corsican and everything is so fresh.. "the only thing that goes in the freezer is the ice cream, " the owner told me. We had the lasagna and salad and my grandson of course ordered the polpetta. He compared it to the delicious polpetta an Italian friend makes for him which he loves. He rated this polpetta "delicious!" We loved the lasagna.. wonderful fresh tomatoes and cheese. The owner spoke with us to explain the ingredients.. a great meal and a wonderful place. If you are in Aix don't miss it! Only a 5 minute walk from the famous Granet museum.

the atmosphere of this lively bar bistro is fun, although it is allowed to smoke during the night war, which is pretty disgusting now that we are accustomed to smoke-free restaurants. The kitchen is good, delicious charcuterie and Corsican cheeses. However, we were obviously designated as tourists (we are not),! We were recommended standard corse peat wine, and even when we asked for the wine map to choose a second bottle, we still did not get it. the final result is that we have been charged 40 € per bottle! Total scam and very disappointing because we enjoyed our evening.
this small restaurant offers excellent dishes at reasonable prices displayed on a black table and prepared unconsciously at the restaurant. Very busy but worth waiting for a table. cook a mixture of Italian and French. an excellent map of many wines with glass. . pity that there are no Italian wines to accompany Italian dishes but at least there was a large choice of French not only from provence. owner and very friendly staff.

Stumbled upon this restaurant slightly before lunch hours. The chef greeted us with limited English and did try very hard to explain the entire menu to us. Food was very good - the salmon lasagna we ordered was surprisingly delicious. We had never had a non-meat lasagna before, and this was very nicely done. Friendly staff, we even got a great coffee shop recommendation so that I could buy some nice beans home!

En week-end a Aix,je passe devant cette petite épicerie par hasard et j'avoue que la carte retient mon attention.. Finalement je constate une très bonne cuisine avec des produits frais et de qualité! Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. Les salades sont excellentes et rafraîchissantes en ce mois de juin. Je recommande, on est loin de l'attrape touriste !
It happened to me walking around and I decided to come and visit this place! Even if they're supposed to open at 7:00. They had the kindness of sitting at the bar for a quick drink and we ordered a tray of charcuterie that was generous! good wine selections in the region!
