After we had shells in several places before, we lost hope that we do not get freshly cooked shells and only cooked batches and served rubber mussels. We were a few places in Vendée and that Mussels are our favorite family food, but we were... disappointed, but last night we decided a last attempt and went here. Nothing but shells on the menu we started to get excited. The shells were freshly cooked with delicious sauces and large frits. Visited this lovely place on the recommendation of trip advisor and we weren't disappointed. Although during peak season book as its booked out every evening. By far the best moules on the vendee. It's that old cliche do one thing and do it well and...this place clearly does that. A variety of moules and combinations that you wouldn't think of putting together such as moules bolognese but it works.... Promise. Brilliant value for money, and the two ladies that run the place are wonderfully friendly and even tolerated our attempt at French. Well worth a visit.

nice concept (molds in mussels) pushed to the decor.Very good recipes of mussels, some originals. The waitress are in 4 to satisfy us, including by recasing us inside as soon as possible (it was too fresh). Reservation highly recommended, deserved reputation. We'll be back with pleasure.Petit flat for mussel refractories, no choice: chopped steaks and fries.

the mussels and the sauce were excellent (near and pear sauce). Home also very good
