Ja, wir waren zu spät. In Korsika ist das Mittagessen um Uhr beendet. Die Rücksprache mit dem Küchenchef eröffnete uns doch noch den Genuss von jeweils einem Gang. Korsisches kam auf den Tisch, selbst die überbackenen Auberginen fehlten nicht. Ein entspanntes Mittagessen am plätschernden Brunnen mit einem vorzüglichen offenen Weißwein. Man sitzt an der Straße, die jetzt in der Nachsaison erstaunlich wenig befahren ist. Danke.

Très bon restaurant qui propose quelques plats traditionnels mais qui propose également d'autres plats, ce qui fait du bien! Nous avons goûté les linguine flambées au pastis aves des gambas. C'était délicieux. De plus, le cuisinier prépare les plats sous nos yeux, ce qui est très agréable.
