I waited for over an hour and fifteen minutes for my pickup order because it seems like they are not efficient with online or phone orders. I called twice and was told my order was ready, but when I arrived they said it wasn't. I even left and came back, but my order still wasn't ready. I placed my order at 11:18 and didn't receive it until 12:39, after waiting an additional 15 minutes in-store. Who wants to get French toast at 2 PM? I do! Especially after working 12 8 AM graveyard shift? so glad they still had full breakfast menu when my weary self walked in. Super friendly service and so many tasty options. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Nice chill, family owned vibe. Love the fresh squeezed orange juice their juicer is right behind the counter! Prices were about par for the Los Altos area moderate, not cheap. I?d imagine this would be a good place to get some work done as well with the outdoor seating. The food and service at this restaurant were good. The Sunday breakfast was enjoyable and priced in the mid-range. The traditional breakfast items and corned beef hash were excellent. Unfortunately, the hash browns were lacking - they were pasty, gritty, and undercooked. The biggest disappointment was the coffee, which was too dark and burnt even when loaded with cream. This brought the overall rating down by one star.
