Disappointing. Chicken empanadas served room temperature and while the chicken was well seasoned, the crust was not crispy or flaky. There were 3 in our group and all of the food was underseasoned and just generally underwhelming. French fries should be taken off the menu entirely as they do not know how to cook them and a chef that knows latin flavors needs to step in and give the meats some flavor. Rotisserie chicken seemed reheated as the skin was soft and chewy rather than crispy and the meat inside was overcooked. I like a la brasa. I like eating. I like the quiet, polite server. I like the prizes there is not much seating. we saw that many people get out. there is a fairly large room where it seems as if another table or two could go, but it is actually used to stand people as they are on the counter to order, pick up and pay for their food. there is no parking space. it is a limited menu. the decoration is more austere. they give you no chips and salsa, however, there is a constant stream of people who come to get food. that is because the prices are right, eating is good, and it is fast. I will not take anyone there to impress them, but I will often go there to get a good meal.
I love good Mexican food and seems to have a difficult time to find good quality Mexican food anywhere on the east side. new owners, delicious! that is no longer a Peruvian restaurant. I love Mexican food and I have eaten all in the immediate city and this is by far my favorite. try the tinga when they are his amazing (burrito and queensadilla especially I do not know about the service years ago, but I had nothing but great service in the months I came here. if they want, they can dip and have served their meal to them in or so minutes (if they order immediately you please one and try this place it will not disappoint! Do not listen to the old reviews, it is a new restaurant, same names and a great staff. dollar biere also on Wednesday doesn't hurt.

great food and perfect, friendly service. the enchiladas had a mix of green and red sauce, because we could not make our thoughts and fajitas. great amount if seasoned. guacamole was fresh and delicious. highly recommended.
Excellent rotisserie chicken with wonderful yellow and green Peruvian sauces. Try the tostones as a side! special best deal in town. Friendly, accomodating service.
