Je n'ai pas pour habitude de décerner facilement 5 bouboules aux restaurants visités, mais je dois dire que si j'avais pu en mettre 6 je n'aurai certainement pas hésité. Pour une raison toute simple : l'assiette est composée de ce que l'on devrait manger tous les jours, à savoir un repas équilibré, sans gras superflu, préparé avec l'amour des produits cuisinés. Tous les plats préparés sont faits maison (à l'exception peut être de la glace au dessert), et ça se voit de suite lorsqu'on vous apporte l'assiette. Prenez par exemple le riz créole : même un palais peu affûté y dénichera l'oignon rouge, le curry, les poivrons verts et rouges, le piment d’Espelette frais et le safran dont les proport...
