we have known this place for a few years, and we measure the loss of quality of this establishment. A unique menu but which no longer highlights the Corsican soup and cannelloni in the bush. a summer salad with no interest (seed salad, and canned vegetables). a recommended inn for a long time by Corses, finally a nice discovery. atypical and cool service, we had the chance to have had the waitress not the waitress ..! for 25 € 4 dishes, a single menu several choices,perfect. Cheese a slaughter !!!! we will return to it before the annual closure.
a visit to the Corsican without going to this inn will leave a taste of unfinished! A real Corsican cuisine! The brucciu doughnuts are a wonder. a real culinary journey by making simple and user-friendly in an exceptional setting!!! I recommend
hard to find but once arrived, total disbursement... at the bottom of the maquis, a terasse overlooking the valley...and a unique and hearty meal for a reasonable price with a warm welcome...Four an excellent authentic moment!
