After a nice walk along the banks of the Arenteiro River we ate as a family at A Maquía, which is also on the same bank in a beautiful setting. On weekends, you can currently choose between 3 menus of €18, €22 and €25. Includes bread, drink, dessert and coffee. Good and friendly service, good product and good cuisine without pretensions. Traditional cuisine without decorations or frills, it does not need them given the raw materials they handle. The wine on the menu is from the area, being from the Mencía grape along with Grenache, the result is honestly very good for being on the menu. Zamburiñas (volandeiras) to highlight, both meat and fish are good, the baked cheesecake is also very good...
Definitely a place to come back! We ordered some churrasco (typical from galicia) and a whole chorizo slipped in there. We ordered a side salad and a whole bowl came from the kitchen. There are huge size of portions. We recommend the squid. The lady who attended us also was so kind and the restaurant so affordable, quite frankly we would have paid twice for what we ate. I wish to have known earlier to go hungrier (oscar lorena)
Un sitio excelente! Comida deliciosa Calidad precio de 10. El trato buenísimo, siempre atentos a cada detalle. Reservamos esa misma mañana y todo genial. Dos menús a 20 y 25 y luego la carta. A mi parecer es un sitio que es apto para todos los bolsillos. Los platos vienen a tope! El sitio es muy bonito. Volveremos sin duda
Hemos estado comiendo hace un par de semanas en un evento de un club de coches y ha sido espectacular. La comida riquísima, un cocido gallego de lo más sabroso y una atención al detalle.
