we started early from porto towards evisa, through the gorges de la spelunca to avoid unnecessary traffic. we chose the breakfast on the route. it was a nice trip, everything for ourselves. the journey took much longer than our navigation had suggested, so we starved when we reached evisa. a rimpianata was just what we needed. the mushroom omelet was excellent and we have on some chocolate croissants for the road on camp. the friendly lady did not speak English, but understood all our needs wonderfully. she was so willing that we appreciate her brilliant service. the location is beautiful and peaceful.
we did what some described as a mule track from evisa to the first bridge. a challenging walk. on our return we called in a rimpianata. my friend had the vegetarian salate, who was undoubtedly the best salate we had in our 10 days in Corsica. other of us “charred” on the bark pattie with salat and fryed. the hospitality was real and generous. we highly recommend.
we made a break on the way to bastia and we were thrilled to eat of this great place. the staff is very friendly and friendly. eating was absolutely fresh and delicious. we had a big cheeseburger, panini and salate. the deserts were fantastique!.Super!
Great place, nice people, delicious salads (special, had one with chestnuts from their own chestnut tree) and a fresh Corsican wheat beer. And to finish, a delicious cake. What more could a 'tired ' traveler want? #the good life

large terrace overlooking the town and valley. tasty food. located near the end/beginning of the spelonca gorge hike which is a welcome sight to see after completing the walk and greatly in need of refreshment.
Small friendly brasserie where you can eat a quality steak for example. Friendly hosts, a nice setting, relaxed atmosphere... An address to do if you pass through Evissa.
Made a short stop here for coffee with a lemon meringue cake. This was very tasty. You have a nice view and the staff was friendly.
