From one night in the field of Roullet, the manager recommended the alchemist. Beautiful discovery: nice place, welcome, we took a tray of charcuterie at 20€ on the terrace, very copier (a whole sausage and a pot of rillette of duck in whole! We could have been four, and we were ready to go with the remains. Inside, we took the Charente fondue ,13€: very good meat of beef marinated with cognac, we were offered for the frieze (crust sausage . Wine and beer, we had for 53€, it's very honest for very generous and delicious dishes. We recommend
Very nice setting and atmosphere, good quality dishes, a pretty fast service, to be recommended. The pork coast has had a magistrar, so greedy and not dry, it changes the eyes and it is so much better, just the mini carrots in the vegetables that were not at all, but it did not ruin the tasting, nothing serious. The entry fish tartre missed a little yuzu in my taste, but the caviar lemon caught in the acidity and tonicity of the dish, the cook knows how to adapt and this time again shows a beautiful mastery.

Tout était parfait pour cette belle découverte. Vraiment top, accueil sympathique, cuisine très bien et service parfait , des jeux sont proposés qui font plaisir à tous. Un remerciement tout particulier à Valentin et à Karine pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme .

Beautiful evening despite waiting .. (the waiter can’t be anywhere at a time... but it doesn’t matter, we had a nice evening, the meals were hearty and very good. Our server was welcoming, and gives itself to its work (very deserving). I recommend:
Ambiance sympa, nourriture excellente. Le service est majoritairement composé d'apprentis supervisés par la responsable. Ils gèrent plutôt pas mal. Bien sûr ce n'est pas parfait mais il faut bien qu'ils apprennent. Je conseille vivement.
Very warm but air-conditioned restaurant! with space for privacy, a sun terrace and a bar to its beautiful. An establishment to discover. I recommend.
Very nice place, very beautiful personel, lack of waiting a little is for this 4 stars. But the meal was excellent.
