We loved the small slates at the bottom of the stairs and the very short menu proposal and especially 100% fish. So we climbed the steps to book the last table. Even if the meal almost cost me a phone (where these beautiful pictures), the quality of the plates is just at the top. Certainly the line fish has a price but it is simply magical. The seasonings are successful. The boss/kitchen/barman/server/length named Bruno is an endearing character. We loved the meal, the atmosphere, the small words on the slates... one of our most beautiful restaurant experiences in Corsica, with also L 'Ecrin in Ajaccio. I want to say it's not good, go your way! to have a place in this exceptional restaurant the next time we are on the way to Porto but will tell the truth... we are warned that there will probably be waiting as Bruno does all from A to Z but we are surprised at his efficiency! In addition to the super quality of products and the sublime associations of flavors, we spent a memorable moment to eat and to chat with Bruno. The manager prohibits the use of mobile phones during meals. He's threatening to dump them or get us out. Then he refuses to give information about what is in the dishes. He preached the waiter after slightly talking about a dessert. It's his choice, but I didn't like it, from which my grade. This could have been mentioned in the (long) list of slate prohibitions at the bottom of the restaurant, which would have allowed us to make our choice knowingly. It's too bad because it was so good.

Quality but expensive dishes. There is very little information about dishes or almost no, and staff refuse to answer questions about dishes. The welcome is deplorable (although the server is there to catch up with the odious behavior of the manager). The manager is completely tyrannical and refuses to use the mobile phone. I absolutely don't recommend this place.
What a good treat! A lovely boss, even if he doesn't chew his words, full of humor and delicious dishes. Everything is made home and with love, from entry to dessert. We didn't take a picture of our cell phone, otherwise Mr. Boss wouldn't have served us. It was really a memorable evening. Go to the restaurant to book.

Very welcome. Slate prints are very original. Very positive that strictly refusing the phone is here to eat and not look at a screen. The quality of the plate was there, however would have liked a slightly more copier plate for the price.
