I had previously sent a photo of some sushi I had been eating to one of the women who were in my group on a trip to Japan earlier this year (just before lockdown) and she contacted me saying she wanted to come over to...Coventry and get involved. I booked a table here, which was just as well because they were fully booked when we got there and sat in a really Japanese/artistic venue with a face blossom tree in the corner. The tables were partitioned off from each other and even that was stylish. I'd never even heard of this place until our friends suggested it and I'm so glad that they did. It's a lovely little place with a wide choice of food options. I'm not usually one for sushi but I gave it a try and it...was great. For mains I had a spicy pork dish (can't remember the name) which was lovely, my husband had the beef ribs which were also great. It was quiet when we went with it being the weekend after New year's but was still a nice place to catch up with friends.
Popped in here earlyish, on a Saturday evening and the place was pretty empty and we managed to get a table without booking, which is very lucky. As soon as we sat down the place started to fill up and eventually people were going turned away. We both went with a soup dish, which we didn’t realise, came in a heated stone bowl. The soup never seemed to cool, but the flavours were amazing. Never disappointed.

Decided to try something a little different and certainly not disappointed! Our sushami was amazingly fresh and beautifully presented. The wasabi cleared our daughter's sinuses for the first time all Easter break! Main courses were a little pick and share'. All were good but I...think my octopus was the favourite. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend and go again!
Good quality sushi and a lot of choice. Hot meals too, Lots of dishes. Friendly and capable waiting staff. A good choice.
It was a quiet evening but the owner and waitress were fantastic, knowledge about the food and service was exceptional.
Strongly recommend! The most delicious food in coventry and friendly staff! Definitely visit the restaurant again
