I think everyone is picky about their boba and I get it. But yo, this place you have to try, even my mom likes it and she doesn't like anything lol. The boba is sweet and soft and goes well with what I ordered which was one of the twister drinks. The staff is nice and the music playing I enjoyed. Look it's just a good place that you have to try.Parking: There's other stores in the shopping center so maybe during certain times of the day they'll be less spots
Paid more than $8 for the small size….I got a Thai iced tea boba… I don’t think anyone should have to pay $8+ for a boba. I’m sorry $8+ for a mediocre Thai Iced tea boba is ludicrous. I only got it because I was already there, and in line. Honestly nothing special about it. It was way too sweet. Service was ok. If you drive just a few more minutes into Thousand Oaks, you can find better tasting alternatives for half the price and that’s all I’m going to say.
I was so excited to try their boba tea. I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was just ok. What was super annoying was that their straws are too skinny for the boba beads to fit through so as you’re trying to drink your drink, almost each bead gets stuck in the straw. Then you have to try and get it out somehow to take another sip. My straw actually broke and all the tea trapped inside splashed all over my clothes. It was impossible to enjoy.
To be fair, the four stars is mostly because of the long wait which I know is due to understaffing... I pre-ordered and it took well over 30 minutes. It could also use a little friendly decor. But the drinks are without a doubt delicious! This most recent time I went, the drinks seemed a little watered down but I'm willing to attribute that to that lack of staff. Overall, reliably good. My first time here.. my friend recommended me this place..Got a lot of selection fast service too..booba itself was taste really good. I forgot to take a photos the drinks ? I guess that what’s important really enjoy it.Place is net clean.
So many different options of boba! So good staff was kind and answered all questions about the different types of drinks (ie what's the difference between tornado and normal Thai tea)
Best boba in the valley !! I placed an order of 8 drinks during a rush and they still gave out the best quality and great service.
