Ordered a takeaway for two last night, and was told it would be ready in 30 mins. I arrived at the shop approx 30 later, only to spend another 40 minutes (no exaggeration) queuing outside in freezing cold drizzle. When I eventually got my food, there was nothing by the way of an apology from any of the staff for the long wait, yet all the time I was in there, they were continually taking telephone orders and telling customers 20 30 minutes . When I came out of the shop there was still a queue of approx 7 8 people waiting to collect their orders. Anyway, on to the food itself.
