Aadams Authentic Grill Kebab

1 star only because there is no option for zero or negative. Firstly I agree with many other reviewers, the main guy serving has SERIOUS customer service issues, unpolite...quiet and bad mannered. I was nothing but polite and friendly to him. Went to pay with card only to be bluntly told cash only. The food...if you can call it that ! It was full of what felt like small stones. NOT what I need for my teeth ...thanks ! Your nan bread....was it possibly an insole ? No taste and damp right disgusting. People are PAYING for your service/food...appreciate your customers, especially polite ones as they won't bother to return ever again....a bit like myself as I don't plan to visit the dentist eati...

I’ve been going here for years now as I work around the corner but it infuriates me that 2 years on, the card machine is still broken. You’d think by now that they would get it fixed. Despite covid and people not wanting to handle money, this doesn’t seem to have encouraged them to make that call to the company that supplies their machine. It’s just an excuse to take cash and then not declare their real earnings to the tax man whilst all of their customers are inconvenienced by this prehistoric way of paying for goods. Other than that, kebabs are good, never had a bad one

We had our normal order of two margaritas and usually I cant fault them, really tasty and cooked to perfection. This time, the pizza was really thick one side and then about 2mm thick on the other. The pizza had melted and slipped onto the pizza box instead of the pizza. It wasnt sliced up. And parts of the dough was so tough it was like chewing through wood. Like I say, usually amazing pizzas but really let itself down this time. Will be the last time I visit unfortunately

We used to live nearby and would order from Aadams regularly. Since moving further away, we have had a hard time finding a takeaway that compares to Aadams. Their fish Karachi's dish is absolutely delicious. I don't understand the complaints about customer service from some reviewers - it's a kebab shop, after all. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Very poor customer service. Twice I said a mixed kebab with pita it comes with pita or chips) and a Diet Coke, then when he started preparing the meal said “Chips” Then to top it off he gave me a full fat coke. What does it take to serve a very simple order?

I ordered the mixed grill and meat samosa online for pickup. The food was ready at the specified time, about fifteen minutes after placing the order. When I got back to my hotel, the food was still very hot and delicious, and the portion size was generous.

We had a double cheese burger and the Phat Boi burger with fries and a drink. Both burgers were really good and so were the fries which were dry, hot and tasty. Be prepared though, they only take cash, but there's a cashpoint at the Shell garage next door.

Food ok but the portions are overpriced and really tiny. Total rip off, bought a large kebab and had about 5 pieces of meat. Guy behind the counter had a face down to his bum as well. Steer well clear of this place , as absolute con artists. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I work nearby and this restaurant is a favorite among us. My favorite dish is the lamb kebab. However, I have noticed that there are often many intoxicated English people who are rude to the staff, which is not good.

Turned up very late after a night out in Manchester to be greeted with a smile and attitude of how can help and making every effort to serve us it and most importantly it was excellent
