For a chain restaurant specializing in Mexican cuisine, this place definitely stands out. Our server, Kasey, was exceptional and truly enhanced our dining experience. The menu is extensive, offering a variety of options to suit every budget and appetite, from light bites to hearty meals. The restaurant features a spacious bar area and a large indoor dining space, as well as a covered terrace for outdoor seating. We chose to sit outside, and it was quite pleasant. Abuelo is an excellent Mexican restaurant. I particularly love their chicken dishes, queso, and especially their salsa. Each table is served mild, lime, and hot salsa along with warm, freshly-made tortilla chips for dipping. They also have a bar that offers a wide selection of Mexican beers and margaritas. Every time I visit, they have new and unique drink specials that are quite impressive. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality and portion sizes of the food and drinks make it well worth it.
